There are 3 challenges which i constantly work on:

  1. To understand the problems that people / businesses face across the world and come out with a feasible Vision that will alleviate those problems
  2. To create organizations that can deliver the value proposition identified
  3. Biggest challenge is to make them sustainable

My Journey

My journey to become a successful Entrepreneur started as an ambition when i was in 10th grade and has taken me through a road, in which, I met and worked with great people who will always inspire me. I read few books but live by them, once i like it (i read mostly non-fiction and don’t read a book until somebody recommends it to me).

The opportunity to become an entrepreneur came along, when, with Vasanth Kamatgi, I started ecomZera to pursue opportunities in ecommerce. We have come a long way from our garage kind of start-up in Hyderabad, India during May 2005.

I understand that i have covered a small distance in my journey and have a long way to go.

My Bio

At present, I am advising ecommerce startups on their business issues – “Business Planning, Change Management, Innovation Management, Organization Development & Re-Engineering” & marketing issues – “Market Plan, Integrated Channel Management, New Opportunities Development”.

Prior to this, I was Co-founder, CEO & CMO of ecomZera for 5 years and started it ground up. The business has been spun off into two new entities to increase focus on the value proposition they provide to the market.

Before that, I worked as Business Head to another startup and helped it grow. I should say, i was – “Bitten by the bug of ecommerce” working there.

I am an MBA from Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina and also Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics and Communications) from University College of Engineering, Osmania University.

My Passion

I am passionate about:

Entrepreneurship: For me, Vivekananda Quote says it all – “Stand up, be bold, be strong. Take the whole responsibility on your own shoulders, and know that you are the creator of your own destiny. All the strength and succor you want is within yourselves. Therefore, make your own future.”

eCommerce: It is combination of Business & Technology that makes ecommerce very interesting to me. ecommerce market is at a nascent stage & has many niche areas to work on.
